Caroline Grace Borck
Attorney
Caroline Grace Borck is a co-founder of Grace Land Title + Law, a boutique practice built on the belief that exceptional legal work and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand. Her work centers on real estate transactions and estate planning, where she guides clients through meaningful decisions with ease, intention, and a steady hand.
A Baton Rouge native and graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy, Caroline earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans, with additional legal studies abroad in Vienna and Budapest. She has been practicing in real estate transactions and estate planning since 2010, developing a reputation for delivering a closing experience that feels not only seamless and precise, but warm, thoughtful, and deeply client-centered.
Caroline is proud to follow in the footsteps of her father, Michael A. Grace, Jr., founder of Commerce Title—one of Baton Rouge’s first locally owned title companies. He was her mentor and known for his integrity and deep relationships within the real estate community. Grace Land is named in his honor, carrying forward his legacy of care, trust, and lasting relationships.
At Grace Land, Caroline is part of a team committed to creating an environment where professionalism is paired with beauty, kindness, and care—ensuring every client feels both confident in the process and truly welcomed.
She lives in Baton Rouge with her husband, Nathan, their three children, Jim, Eloise, and Gus—and their very cute (but not especially bright) dog, Louie.

In Loving Memory of
Michael Grace
